The problem

Commercial solar O&M is still a spreadsheet problem.

Your inverters already publish telemetry. Your optimisers already flag faults. The data is flowing — it's just sitting in six different portals, a shared drive nobody updates, and in the head of whichever engineer last drove to site.

RE: Our solar bill??
"Our bill was £2,800 higher this month. Is something wrong with the panels? — Sarah"
14 days after fault started

String faults hide for weeks

One optimiser drops at 11:14 on a Tuesday. Nobody notices until the client's quarterly bill arrives. The inverter API reported the fault in real time — nobody was reading it.

The CMMS is a shared drive

Service visits live in a Dropbox folder. Warranty letters are buried in someone's inbox. Last year's repair history walks out the door when the engineer who did it leaves.

Monthly PDFs for forty sites. Paste numbers, export charts, fix the logo, attach, send. A finance manager asks what the perf ratio was last April. Nobody remembers.

The product

Four surfaces. One workflow. An O&M day, in one login.

One grid. Every site.

See every site the moment something breaks.

Every commercial site you manage — sorted by what matters right now. Power versus rated. Performance delta. Open cases. Status dots you can read from across the room. SolarEdge polled every 15 minutes, Solis every 5.

Our story

Built by the operators who got tired of the spreadsheet.

SolarFleet started as an internal tool at InspireGreen — a Cardiff-based commercial solar installer. After too many Fridays spent reconciling inverter portals and chasing spreadsheets, we built what the ops team actually wanted.

We're opening it up because the next Welsh installer trying to scale into O&M shouldn't have to rebuild the same wheel. Our engineers still use SolarFleet on real jobs every day — which means every release has to pass the “is this genuinely better than what we had?” test before it ships.

We built SolarFleet because the existing tools treated O&M as a spreadsheet problem. If you're managing commercial solar day-to-day, you already know what's missing. We're fixing it.

FAQ

Questions operators actually ask us.

Can't find yours? Ask the team — we reply within a working day.

Most customers have their first site live in under an hour. Bring your SolarEdge or Solis Cloud API credentials and we'll import sites, equipment and historical telemetry automatically. Full portfolio onboarding typically completes the same day for sub-100 site fleets.
