Cookie policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let us recognise you between page loads, keep you signed in, and (if you choose) understand roughly how the site is being used.
What we use
SolarFleet aims for the lightest possible cookie footprint. We don't set third-party advertising cookies. We don't share cookies with other companies for marketing purposes. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies or track individuals.
Because we set no non-essential cookies on our public website, no cookie-consent banner is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Analytics
On our public website we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not collect any personal data. Plausible is fully compliant with GDPR, PECR and CCPA.
Inside the authenticated application (after you sign in) we use PostHog product analytics, hosted in the EU region, to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. PostHog is not loaded on the public website.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing into SolarFleet. To opt out of Plausible analytics, follow Plausible's opt-out instructions.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use cookies, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
