Sub-processors

The third parties we rely on to run SolarFleet.

To deliver the service, SolarFleet uses a small set of trusted sub-processors. This page lists each one, what it does, and where it operates — so your procurement and data-protection teams have the facts.

Current sub-processors

These are SolarFleet's own sub-processors. Stored operational data lives in a UK-region database; the other providers support authentication, hosting, billing and analytics.

Sub-processor Purpose Region
PlanetScale Managed Postgres database — your operational data is stored here. United Kingdom
WorkOS Authentication and identity (sign-in, sessions, organisation membership). United States
Cloudflare Edge / CDN and application hosting, transactional email, and Workers AI (document categorisation). Global edge, with UK data residency for stored data
Stripe Payment and subscription billing. United States / European Union
PostHog EU Product analytics — authenticated application only. European Union
Open-Meteo Weather and irradiance data. No personal data is sent. European Union
Plausible Cookieless web analytics for the marketing site. European Union

How to read this list

Your inverter platforms aren't sub-processors

SolarEdge and Solis are data sources you authorise SolarFleet to read from on your behalf, using credentials you supply. They are not SolarFleet's sub-processors — they are your existing monitoring accounts.

We'll tell you before things change

If we add or replace a sub-processor in a way that materially affects how your data is processed, we'll give reasonable notice of the change via this page before it takes effect.

Data processing agreement

This page is the factual sub-processor list. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to customers on request — email security@solarfleet.io and we'll send it over. For general questions about this list, reach us at hello@solarfleet.io.
