Solar engineers (Wales-based)
MCS-certified, happy on a commercial roof, comfortable running BS EN 62446-1 tests and specifying retrofit optimisers. Bonus if you speak Welsh.
Full-stack TypeScript engineers
You've shipped product at a small team before. Astro, React, Hono, Cloudflare Workers. You care about API design and data modelling as much as the UI.
Ops & success (part-time)
Help new operators onboard, run migrations, chase integration vendors for API access. The job changes every day.
How we work
Cardiff-first. We like seeing each other. Most of the team works from our office a few days a week, with flexibility either side of that.
Small team means you'll own a feature end-to-end — from design conversation to the merged PR to watching the thing show up in a customer's account.
Working with an active installer side means real customer problems, not abstract ones. You'll meet the engineers your code is helping.
Compensation is competitive for Wales. No Silicon Valley salary games — but equity, ownership, and a mission that matters.
