GET /api/sites List every site in your portfolio with current status.

GET /api/sites/{id} Fetch a single site with equipment and latest telemetry.

GET /api/telemetry Query historical telemetry over any date range, at minute or hourly resolution.

GET /api/cases List open and resolved cases with timestamps, assignees, and SLA status.

POST /api/cases Open a case programmatically — useful for piping alerts from another monitoring system.

GET /api/reports Generate or retrieve client-facing reports as JSON or PDF.
