How do I connect a SolarEdge or Solis Cloud site?

Settings → Integrations. Paste your API key, pick which sites to import, and SolarFleet polls every 15 minutes (SolarEdge) or 5 minutes (Solis).

Yes. Every site has a Client view you can gate per contract. They see live performance and the case thread for faults you choose to expose.

How do I generate a BS EN 62446-1 report?

Open a site, hit New report, walk the wizard. Mobile-first. Photos, serials, and sign-off are part of the flow, not an afterthought.
