What's free, exactly?
Up to 2 sites, forever — no card required. The free tier isn't a stripped-down trial: it's the whole platform. Every feature, every live integration, the engineer mobile app and BS EN 62446-1 test reports are all included. It's there so you can run a couple of your real sites in SolarFleet before you decide to scale.
What counts as a "site"?
A site is a single physical installation you're monitoring — one commercial rooftop, one ground-mount array. You're billed on the number of sites connected to your account, not on inverters, strings, users or data volume. A 5 MW site and a 50 kW site each count as one.
How is it billed?
Annually, in advance, excluding VAT. The £5 (3–50 sites) and £3 (51+ sites) figures are per site, per month, charged as a single annual amount. No per-seat charges — add as many of your ops team as you like at no extra cost.
Can I change tiers as my portfolio grows or shrinks?
Yes. Pricing follows your site count automatically: the first 2 sites are always free, sites 3–50 are £5 each per month, and every site beyond 50 is £3. As you add or remove sites your plan moves with them — there are no separate tiers to manually upgrade or downgrade between.
Does every tier get the same features?
Yes. There's no feature gate between Free, Growth and Fleet — every plan ships the full platform, including all live inverter integrations and the BS EN 62446-1 reporting. Higher tiers differ on support level and onboarding, not on what the product can do.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can sign up, connect a SolarEdge or Solis Cloud account and run up to 2 sites without entering any payment details. You only add a card when you're ready to go past 2 sites.
